Alas, winter is over, and spring is in the air. But that’s not all, because coming with it is a fresh assortment of new content to watch (score!). The year has already been full of long-awaited series premieres, such as Dexter: Original Sin and Daredevil: Born Again, as well as new releases (The Studio), and fresh seasons (The Last of Us Season 2), and it’s only getting better from here on out. 1. Daredevil: Born Again (March 4)

I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve missed the infamous blind lawyer with superp—pardon me, ehem, “heightened abilities”. A revival and continuation of the earlier series Daredevil (2015-2018), Born Again details Matt Murdock’s (Charlie Cox, of Kin) descent into insanity and destruction at the hands of Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio, of Ratched), who pursues his own political endeavors in New York. It also follows Murdock’s personal struggle to build a new life for himself. When their past identities begin to awaken and emerge, both Daredevil and the Kingpin find themselves on an inevitable collision course that keeps picking up speed. 5. Adolescence (March 13)

A gripping, engrossing cautionary tale, Adolescence boldly explores the confusion of adolescence as well as the effects of bullying, social media, and the mental states people go through after a traumatic event. Stephen Graham, of Peaky Blinders fame, stars in the four-episode miniseries and also co-wrote the script. Adolescence tells the story of how one family’s normal world is turned upside down when their 13-year-old son is accused of and arrested for the murder of a female classmate. Each episode is filmed in real-time one-shot format and focuses on a different aspect of the case: Episode 1 focuses on the arrest, episode 2 on the investigation, episode 3 on the accused, and episode 4 on the family and the fallout.

A compelling murder mystery and crime drama, Long Bright River is based on the book of the same name by Liz Moore. It tells the story of two sisters mixed up in Philadelphia’s opioid crisis. Amanda Seyfried, of The Crowded Room, stars as Mickey Fitzpatrick, a patrol cop whose beat is a poverty-stricken neighborhood hit hard by the epidemic. Her sister is a drug addict who soon becomes a missing drug addict. And when a series of murders start occurring, Mickey realizes that her personal history might be related to the case.

This chilling crime drama full of high-production value and aerial cinematography follows two life-long friends (and delinquents) as they revel in their life of delinquency… until one day when everything blows up in their faces. While posing as DEA agents, Ray (Brian Tyree Henry, of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire) and Manny (Wagner Moura, of Civil War) rob small-time drug dealers. Good American Family is inspired by the disturbing stories surrounding the Barnett family, who adopts an eight-year-old girl with a rare form of dwarfism. However, they soon find themselves questioning her true age and identity once they get her home. As they defend their family from the daughter they’ve grown to believe is a threat, Natalia fights her own battles to confront her past and her future in an epic showdown that ultimately plays out in the tabloids and the courtroom.

He and his executive team at the movie studio must juggle corporate demands with creative ambitions as they try to keep movies alive and at the forefront… relevant. Bosch: Legacy returns for its third and final season of burdened LAPD detective Harry Bosch, who left his life in the LAPD behind in the original season to work as a private detective for his former foe, hot-shot detective Honey Chandler. Season 3 sees Maddie asking questions about her father’s checkered past and Bosch on the path of revenge, wanting to exact his own kind of justice on those who kidnapped his kid. Before he gets wrapped up in that, though, he gets wrapped up in a bigger case involving the Mexican drug cartels and must travel across the border on what could be his deadliest mission yet.

13. Mobland (March 30)

Starring Tom Hardy, of Venom: The Last Dance, Dame Helen Mirren, of 1923, and Pierce Brosnan, of Black Adam, MobLand is crime drama about two warring London crime families, the Harrigans and the Stevensons, who clash in a kill-or-be-killed battle that not only threatens to topple empires but also end lives. Caught in the crosshairs is street-smart “fixer” Harry Da Souza (Hardy), who’s called in by the Harrigans to, well, fix and protect. Initially the series was meant to be an origin story to Ray Donovan but along the way, it was reworked into its own stand-alone story.

14. Pulse (April 3)
