Stephen Lee Naish
Stephen Lee Naish (he/him) is a British/Canadian writer and artist whose work explores film, music, politics, and popular culture. His writing has appeared in The Quietus, Albumism, Aquarium Drunkard, Film International, and Dirty Movies. His books include Create or Die: Essays on the Artistry of Dennis Hopper (AUP), Deconstructing Dirty Dancing (Zero Books), and Screen Captures: Film in the Age of Emergency (Newstar Books). His latest book is Music and Sound in the Films of Dennis Hopper (Routledge). He lives in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
